What does the implementation actually look like?

Three weeks for Cohort 1: week one we install Spine (the capture substrate) on your existing call/email surfaces. Week two we wire Core (the account memory). Week three we onboard your first cohort of users to Learning + Connect. Founder-led, every step.

How does this work with my existing AI agents and copilots?

Aevaro is the evidence layer your AI agents read from. We don't replace agents — we make them dramatically better at their jobs by giving them the same dataset your senior humans use. Open emit contract; any agent that speaks JSON can subscribe.

What happens to our data?

Single-tenant by default for Cohort 1. Your evidence corpus stays in your AWS or GCP project. We hold a service token to read; you hold the keys. Full data export at any time, no lock-in. SOC2 Type II in flight, ISO 27001 follows.

Why limit Cohort 1 to five seats?

Founder-tier white-glove only scales to five. After Cohort 1, the pattern's captured and Cohort 2 gets the same product with quarterly working sessions instead of monthly. We'd rather ship five reference customers right than fifty wrong.

How do you handle the AI hype problem? I'm exhausted.
